Ace Pro Detailing – Cancellation Policy

At Ace Pro Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality service and maintaining a fair and efficient schedule for both our clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This covers the time and resources reserved for your service.

Repeated Rescheduling

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and then cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full service amount.

Policy Agreement

We understand that emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

Ace Pro Detailing – SMS Program Terms

ElitePro Detailing is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service with an in-person shop, providing vehicle value preservation and exterior paint enhancement to customers throughout the region.

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to appointments, updates, and service communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us.

To rejoin, simply sign up again through our website or booking process.
